About Victoria
Attorney Victoria J. Pappas, Esq. is a second-generation Greek-American who was raised in South Florida from the time that she was two years old. She attended Nova Southeastern Law School where she was placed on the Dean’s List each semester. She earned her Juris Doctor law degree in 2006 and was the youngest graduate in her class at the time.
Career Information
Before establishing her own law firm, Attorney Pappas initiated her legal career as a lawyer at a reputable Broward County law firm for approximately a decade. During this time, she specialized in business law, commercial litigation, family law, probate, estate planning, civil litigation, and real estate law. Additionally, she amassed extensive experience as a local government lawyer and held the position of a special City Attorney for the City of Dania Beach and the Town of Pembroke Park. In this role, she prosecuted municipal ordinance violations, addressed code enforcement matters, and excelled in drafting opinion letters and municipal codes. She acquired her Florida real estate license in 2009, initially for personal use as a real estate investor. This pursuit evolved into a passionate endeavor, prompting her to further excel by securing her Florida real estate broker’s license and establishing VIP Florida Realty. She also served as a Guardian Ad Litem, advocating as the voice for abused, neglected, and abandoned children in Dependency Court.
Family and Personal Life
Victoria’s hobbies include martial arts and restoring classic cars. In 2012, she married the love of her life, and the joy multiplied with the arrival of twin boys in 2015. Her family reached its completeness with the birth of her daughter in 2016. Victoria took a hiatus from full-time work to focus on raising her three young children. In 2017, when one of her twin boys was diagnosed with autism, she embraced the role of a lifelong advocate for children with special needs, dedicating herself to ensuring a rich life and promising future for her son.

International Projects
In addition to providing her South Florida clients with sophisticated representation, Victoria has taken on several international investment projects. She recently utilized her extensive experience to identify an excellent buying opportunity in Athens, Greece. In addition to purchasing two historic properties in Athens for short-term rentals, she also supervised the expeditious construction of a three-level, Cycladic, modern- style, vacation home for her family on the Greek island of Kalymnos. She also has access to exclusive vacation homes in Mykonos and Santorini, which she helps manage.
